Shipping:

All in stock orders are shipped within 5 business days (during sales & Holidays this time might be a little longer.)
All pre-orders & custom orders take about 2-3 weeks for arrival. Pre-orders will be shipped out as completed.
FREE local pickup is available in Chester (Choose option at checkout.)

Returns:
ALL returns excludes monogrammed & personalized products (including Engraved items)

Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 15 days of receipt of item.
Returns are eligible for store credit only.
Refund by Management discretion, after inspection of items.
Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
